Our concept
A real balance between respect for the environment and care for the people who are part of our organization: the way we work, grow and collaborate across the company, while promoting a safe, stable environment focused on skills development.
It means choosing solutions that reduce the impact of our activities, investing in more efficient technologies and promoting a corporate culture based on awareness, training and continuous improvement.
It is a daily commitment that grows over time and guides our decisions, with our sights always set on the future.
Environment
Clean energy
At the new Trezzano sul Naviglio plant, a photovoltaic system has been installed that independently covers around 30% of our annual energy needs, significantly reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
Water resources and production processes
In our new industrial facility, we adopt technologies that rely exclusively on water vapour in certain stages of the manufacturing process. This approach enables us to reduce water consumption and make the most of the water used, which is almost entirely converted into the final product.
Protecting biodiversity and animal welfare
We reject all forms of animal testing and require our European suppliers to strictly comply with cruelty-free declarations. Furthermore, our operations do not impact biodiversity-sensitive areas.
People
Stability and well-being
We enhance the value of our team by providing a stable working environment focused on continuity. We invest in our people's professional growth through continuous training and development activities, fostering skill building and the sharing of internal know-how.

Gender equality
Female representation is a core pillar of our company. Women account for 50% of our Board of Directors, while holding 40% of leadership roles. We register no gender pay gap: our average hourly rate shows a slight positive differential (+2.5%) in favour of female employees.

Occupational health and safety
